She finally found the flat it took her better part of 2
hours. But the first hour was filled
with if she should go or not.
She wanted answers and this seemed like the only way to get
them. The flat was in a very derelict area,
but was nice enough once you got in. She
helped herself to a drink and some food hoping that the girl wouldn't mind, promising
to pay for it when she got in.
As minutes passed Emily wondered if she done the right
thing. She started to panic; I'm sitting
in a stranger’s house, alone. Nobody knows where I am. Maybe I should call Mark, he must be
worried. But then she noticed
something. Not odd but different. This flat was normal. It had normal things in it. There was a TV, she can't remember the last
time she saw a TV. There were knickknacks everywhere, pictures and mirrors.
Mirrors blimey where did all the mirrors go?
Looking at herself she thought she looked tired. Her blond hair was limp and her eyes look
sunken. Her hands at her face her skin felt dry and rough. She can't remember
being like this. Then she noticed the red mark around her wrist. Has she been
in hospital?
Just then the door unlocked.
